EU Withdrawal, Returns and Cancellations
EU customers may request cancellation before an order is fulfilled and may request withdrawal/return within 30 days from delivery of the last item in the order.

For made-to-order products, production may begin shortly after order placement. If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we will review cancellation requests before production or dispatch where possible.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged.
We appreciate that sometimes you might wish to return an item you’ve bought. We accept any item back for a refund (subject to the exceptions below) or a size exchange within 30 days of you receiving your order as well as accepting returns of faulty, damaged and incorrectly supplied items.
You can return any item for a full refund of the product price or a size exchange, for 30 days after receiving your goods.
Items you return must be in saleable condition and should be returned with the original packaging wherever possible. We reserve the right not to accept returns for items that are not in a saleable condition when returned.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item once it is with the carrier.

To return an item for a refund or exchange, send it back to us along with the packing slip that came in with your order, and a note with written instructions for us (refund or size exchange).
